Returns and Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Measure Products

• All granite, quartz, and stone worktops are custom fabricated to customer specifications.
• Because they are made-to-order, returns or refunds are not available once production has started, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

• If the product is defective or has been fabricated incorrectly against the approved template/quote, we will repair, replace, or refund at no additional cost.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of installation or delivery.

3. Natural Variations

• Stone is a natural material. Variations in colour, veining, and pattern are expected and not considered defects.
• Customers are advised to view slabs/samples before confirming an order.

4. Cancellations

• To cancel, you must do so before signing the quotation form. If fabrication has already started, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Cut-to-size stone, custom edge profiles, sink/hob cut-outs, and installation services are non-refundable once completed.

6. Refund Processing

• Any agreed refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
